22nd Summer Fillies' Prize – Race Day at Hipodrom Holoubek

Sunday 28 June 2026 brings a thoroughbred racing day to Hipodrom Holoubek in Karlovy Vary. From 13:30, visitors can enjoy a full race programme of approximately eight races, culminating in the 22nd Summer Fillies' Prize — a Grade II race over 2,000 metres open to mares. The race day offers entertainment for the whole family in the setting of this spa city.

The programme includes flat and hurdle races at approximately 30-minute intervals, with the full card lasting around 3.5 hours. Spectators can follow the action from covered grandstands and cheer on their favourites right at the track. The racecourse is served by city bus lines 1 and 2; by car, use the car park at OC Varyáda shopping centre.

Restaurant U Šimla with a terrace overlooking the track and the golf course is available in the complex, along with quick food stalls. Free entry for children under 12; reduced admission for ages 12–18 and seniors over 60. Arriving 30–45 minutes before the first race is recommended.
