30th Casanova Festival

The 30th Casanova Festival is an annual two-day celebration in Duchcov honouring the legendary adventurer Giacomo Casanova, who spent the final years of his life at Duchcov Castle. This year's 30th edition takes place on 12–13 June 2026 in the castle courtyard.

Friday evening opens with a ceremonial arrival of Casanova at 18:00, followed by the Giacomo Casanova Dance Company (18:15), Jamaron (19:30), WILIAN GANG (21:30) and fire acrobatics by Hypnotica Fire Show (22:40).

Saturday offers a full supporting programme: carriage rides through Duchcov in period vehicles (10:00–18:00), a Fler fair, competitions arena, children's theatre and baroque theatre at the Duchcov Municipal Museum. Local dance ensembles perform on the main stage in the castle gardens; the Doubravanka brass band and Tam Tam Batucada drum group play in the Masaryk song zone.
