Abertamy Cross-Country Race 2026 - 30th edition

Abertamy Cross-Country Race is a small-scale Ore Mountains event with a long tradition: the 2026 race is its 30th edition. The routes follow rolling field and forest tracks at around 900 metres above sea level. The start and finish are at the TS Abertamy grounds, with toilets, facilities and a refreshment stand available on site.

Routes and starts

• 6.5 km, 5 km and 4 km, depending on the category.
• The first category starts at 10:45.
• The main category starts at 11:30.

Entry fee

Entry fees range from CZK 20 to CZK 40, depending on the category.

Practical information

The race takes place on Saturday, 12 September 2026. Expect cross-country terrain, rolling tracks and mountain weather. The choice of distances makes it an appealing local sports day for runners, young competitors and companions planning a trip into the Ore Mountains.
