Art Club Junior

Art Klub Junior is the arts and education programme of the Karlovy Vary Art Gallery for children, held every Wednesday during the school year at Becherova Vila. Sessions run from 14:30 to 16:00 and are led by a gallery educator, often in collaboration with invited artists.

The club aims to develop children's creativity, empathy and critical thinking through encounters with fine art, their own creative work and guided tours of exhibitions at Becherova Vila. Each session combines a short theoretical introduction with a hands-on art activity.

Registration is mandatory. Participation requires a completed enrolment form submitted to the Becherova Vila ticket desk or to the instructor; the form (Art_Klub_Junior_jaro_2026_prihlaska.pdf) is available on the organiser's website. The cycle includes 10 sessions plus 1 free; the fee is 1,000 CZK per cycle. If joining mid-cycle, the price is adjusted accordingly. Drop-in admission is 100 CZK per session.
