Art Club Junior

Art Club Junior is the fine arts and education programme of the Karlovy Vary Art Gallery for children, held every Wednesday during the school year at Becherova Vila. Sessions run from 14:30 to 16:00 and are led by a gallery educator, often in collaboration with invited artists.

The club aims to foster children's creativity, empathy and critical thinking through encounters with visual art, hands-on creation and guided tours of exhibitions at Becherova Vila. Each session combines a short theoretical introduction with practical art activity.

Registration is mandatory. Participation requires a completed enrolment form submitted at the Becherova Vila ticket desk or to the educator; the form (Art_Klub_Junior_jaro_2026_prihlaska.pdf) is available for download on the organiser's website. The cycle includes 10 sessions plus 1 free session; fee 1,000 CZK per cycle, adjusted pro-rata for mid-cycle enrolment. Single-session admission: 100 CZK.
