Running the Ore Mountains – 3rd race: Potůčky

The third race in the six-event Běžím Krušnohořím running series, organised by Živé Sokolovsko z. s. together with the Ore Mountains Destination Agency z. s. and participating municipalities. The series takes participants through the beauty of the Ore Mountains; each of the six races is evaluated individually, and the overall winners are announced at the final race in Stříbrná.

Races in Potůčky start at Bistro Pila. Routes are available for the main race, an adventure orienteering trail, canicross (running with a dog), walking and children's disciplines. Full information, registration and entry fees at bezimkrusnohorim.cz.

Routes in Potůčky

• Main race (run): 6–9 km
• Main race (canicross): 6–9 km
• Adventure trail: 20–30 km, orienteering run without markings
• Walking / dog trek: 5–8 km, checkpoint search by map
• Children's races: 200 m – 1,600 m by age group

Entry fees

• Before 30 September 2025: 300–350 CZK
• By 31 December 2025: 400–500 CZK
• One month before the race: 450–550 CZK
• Final month / on the day: 550–650 CZK

• 07:00 – registration opens (closes 30 min before each category start)
• 07:30–08:00 – adventure trail start (individual departures)
• 08:15–08:30 – canicross main race start
• 10:00 – walking and dog trek start
• 10:20–10:30 – children's races
• 12:00 – main race start (run)
