The final race day of the 2026 season at Hipodrom Holoubek in Karlovy Vary. The main race is the MEDIAG PB Trophy, a Category II race over 2,400 m open. Bus lines 1 and 2 serve the venue; parking at OC Varyáda. Restaurace U Šimla offers a terrace overlooking the track. Free entry for children under 12; reduced admission for ages 12–18 and seniors over 60.
