Czech Radio Karlovy Vary Open House

Czech Radio Karlovy Vary invites the public to its Open House for a behind-the-scenes look at radio broadcasting. The building on Zítkova Street is open on Saturday 16 May 2026, 10:00–16:00. Free admission.

Live music is provided by the bands Pološero and Anthony s Band, and singer Petra Petrová. During the day there is a signing session with Eliška Hlaváčová, winner of the TV baking competition Peče celé Česko (The Great Czech Bake Off). On show: the photographic exhibition 5 Years on the Silver Trail, a historic Škoda vehicle, and a school project display featuring parrots. The supporting programme includes presentations by Lázeňské lesy Karlovy Vary and the Czech Hikers' Club, tastings of award-winning regional food products and local beer. Gifts and caricature portraits for visitors of all ages.
