Children's Day at the Castle

Horní Hrad Hauenštejn — a 13th-century castle and manor in the hamlet of Horní Hrad near Stráž nad Ohří — invites you on Saturday 23 May 2026 to the traditional Children's Day, this year themed "The Magic of Západákovo at Horní Hrad". The event starts at 10:00.

The programme includes a performance by the Copánky group, three theatre shows, an acrobatics display, equestrian demonstrations, henna painting and an all-day adventure game spread across the entire castle grounds. Children's Day at Hauenštejn is a beloved annual family event that attracts visitors of all ages with fun activities in a historic setting.
