FBL Children's Run (Fichtelberglauf) 2026

The FBL-Kinderlauf is the children's version of the famous Neudorfer Fichtelberglauf and is being held for the very first time in 2026. The children's race is scheduled for Sunday 27 September 2026, starting at 14:00 in Sehmatal-Neudorf.

The event offers shorter courses tailored to the ages of the youngest runners and builds on the tradition of the main Fichtelberglauf (3 October 2026). It is well suited to families who want to experience the atmosphere of a mountain run on a smaller scale.

Neudorf lies in the German part of the Ore Mountains near the Czech town of Boží Dar, so the event is also easy to reach from the Czech side. More at fichtelberglauf.de.
