Vřídelní kolonáda
A theatrical performance by Viktor Braunreiter brings to life the stories of famous composers who visited Karlovy Vary. The performance begins at the main entrance of the Hot Spring Colonnade (Vřídelní kolonáda).
The composers themselves — portrayed by actors — reveal who truly enjoyed their spa stay and who was bored, who was the season's celebrity and who sought peace. The story of Dvořák's New World Symphony in Karlovy Vary is also included — proof that classical music can be great entertainment.
A Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra concert at the Mill Colonnade (Mlýnská kolonáda) follows the performance.
