Swan Lake

Swan Lake by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky is one of the most celebrated classical ballet titles. It is presented at Karlovy Vary Municipal Theatre by the ballet company and orchestra of the Ústí nad Labem City Theatre, conducted by Václav Zahradník. The choreography draws on the original surviving passages by Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov – a work that presents an exciting challenge to each new generation of soloists to display the highest degree of technical virtuosity.

Principal roles are danced by Nahia Soto Bárcena or Matilde Dal Zotto and Manaf Ferkh or Francesco Rossi. Further roles are performed by Tomáš Krpec, Elena Mazanova, Vyacheslav Pleshkov, Emanuele Mascitti, and Nicolás Perez Ruiz.
