Marie Ladrová – "Mundus et fungus" Exhibition

The Josef Liesler Gallery at Mírové náměstí 1 in Kadaň presents the exhibition "Mundus et fungus", dedicated to the work of artist and musician Marie Ladrová. The opening takes place on Friday 25 June 2026 at 17:00. The exhibition is open from 26 June to 6 September 2026; free admission.

Marie Ladrová (b. 1981) is a graduate of stone sculpture and intermedia art at the Prague Academy of Fine Arts. Her work stems from a fascination with nature — particularly the world of fungi and mycelium. Mushrooms are for her not merely a motif, but also a medium: she creates hats and objects from bracket fungi using traditional techniques. The exhibition includes watercolours, landscape paintings and experimental works with natural materials and self-made pigments.
