Miroslav Paleček – A Tribute to the Song

Singer-songwriter Miroslav Paleček takes his audience on a journey through his musical career — from his first public performance in 1968 on Charles Bridge, through the Semafor Theatre, the PORTA festival, music clubs and concert halls, to the present day.

The programme includes Palečkojaníkoviny, Ježkárny, Seifertovky and Palečkoviny, as well as ukulele pieces and new material from recent years. Variety and repertoire richness go hand in hand — his songs combine a cultivated delivery with naturalness, folk roots, unaffected humour, melodiousness and a wry melancholy.
