Opening of the Little Mills
Description
A traditional spring event in the Valley of Little Mills behind Hotel Radium Palace in Jáchymov. Local residents and spa guests install new miniature water-wheels on the stream so they can turn all year round. The valley contains over 60 different small water-wheels; people have been placing mills here for more than 100 years, ever since the first spa establishments were founded.
