Císařské lázně
A classic mat pilates class led by Tes Pilates, a recognised trainer of the traditional method, will take place at Císařské lázně (Imperial Baths) in Karlovy Vary. The session is suitable for beginners and advanced participants alike, focusing on correct posture, strengthening the deep stabilising muscle system, and overall relaxation.
Two time slots are available: 10:00–11:00 or 11:30–12:30. The ticket price includes a mat, equipment, and Mattoni mineral water. Participants are advised to bring comfortable pilates or yoga clothing and a towel.
Capacity: 25 per session. Admission: 350 CZK.
