Exhibition: 5 Years of World Heritage

The outdoor exhibition "5 Years of World Heritage", prepared by the city of Karlovy Vary in collaboration with the Karlovy Vary Municipal Gallery, is accessible 1–31 May on Stará Louka in front of the city gallery. Its eight panels introduce not only Karlovy Vary but also the other ten spa towns that together form The Great Spa Towns of Europe.

In 2021 Karlovy Vary joined the UNESCO World Heritage List as part of The Great Spa Towns of Europe ensemble – eleven spa destinations across Europe united by their historic significance, architecture, and spa traditions.

In 2026 Karlovy Vary marks five years since the inscription. The exhibition also covers the other ten European spa towns, including two Czech ones.
