The Mattoni Trail: In the Footsteps of the Sprites is a 3.6 km educational route in Kyselka. It follows former spa promenades from the era of Heinrich Mattoni and links spa buildings, springs, viewpoints, chapels and story panels inspired by guardians of the local springs.
Route
The official trail site describes a route with 16 stops. The stops page lists GPS points including Mattoni's villa, Otto's Spring, St Wenceslas' Chapel, viewpoints and the former bottling plant.
Admission
The trail is freely accessible and has no admission fee. It is not a booked or staffed activity.
Practical Information
Most of the route can be managed with small children and a stroller, but the sections between the viewpoints are more demanding. Comfortable shoes, water and time for reading the panels are useful.
