Trail Park Klínovec

Trail Park Klínovec is a lift-served MTB area on the slopes of the highest mountain in the Ore Mountains. Riders start at the top of Klínovec and follow trails in four difficulty levels down to the Mapy.com Express chairlift, which carries both riders and bikes back uphill. The map pin is set at the lower access point in Jáchymov by the P4/P5 car parks, because the official website recommends it as the most practical arrival point by car; the second access point is on the summit of Klínovec.

Trails and Services

The area has trails for beginners, families and experienced riders. Core routes include the long flow trails Azur, Rubin and Baron, more technical advanced lines, a skill centre and a pumptrack. On site you can use bike and scooter rental, service, bike wash, showers, food stops and accommodation options around Klínovec. Before riding, check the current trail status.

Admission

The summer 2026 price list gives a day ticket to the Trail Park at CZK 890 for adults and CZK 490 for children. Four-hour tickets are CZK 760/420, a one-day lift ticket is CZK 890/490, and the full-day bike + lift package is CZK 2,290 for adults and CZK 1,470 for children. Children up to and including age 5 ride free according to the website. Current prices and online purchase are available on the price list and the Klínovec e-shop.

Practical Information

The bike season usually runs from May to October; the official 2026 schedule lists Mapy.com Express operation from selected long weekends in May through daily summer operation and on to 1 November. Typical main-season hours are 9:30-18:00, with shorter operation to 17:00 and 16:00 later in October. Before travelling, check opening hours, weather, trail status and the required equipment in the operating rules.
