Třešňovka Photo Point near Loket

The Třešňovka Photo Point near Loket is a wooden picture frame in Třešňovka Nature Park above the town. It is made for a view back towards Loket Castle and the historic centre, so it works well as a short stop before or after visiting the castle.

What to See

Třešňovka is a small recreational trail with several stops. The official town website says visitors can enter it through one of three wooden portals from the car park by the transport terminal. Along the way there are simple natural play elements: branch huts, insect hotels, a maze, figures made from branches and roots, a small bell structure and other objects made from natural materials. The photo point itself is a wooden frame with a view of the castle and town.

Practical Information

The place is freely accessible and is best suited for a short walk, a family stop or a quick photo while exploring Loket. The path is natural, so sturdier shoes are useful after rain. Morning or late-afternoon light is often the most pleasant for photographing the castle, depending on weather.
